After my last blueberry cookie attempt ended up producing cookies that were absolutely delicious, but absolutely non-blueberry-ish, I knew I was going to have to try again.
I still have approximately three years worth of blueberries in my freezer and we’re only about five months away from blueberry season!
This recipe was inspired by a lovely recipe I found on How Sweet It Is and produces cookies that are just perfect for blueberries…and white chocolate chips…and pecans.
And unlike the last recipe I made that had so many flavors going on that the blueberries were overshadowed, this one is bursting with blueberry flavor!
With all that blueberry deliciousness, they reminded me of blueberry muffins…so I ate them for breakfast.

Verdict: These cookies are DE-licious! Although I loved the blueberry white chocolate chip oatmeal cookies that I made during my first attempt, they just didn’t fill the blueberry bill. These, however, do! They are soft and pillowy and are absolutely perfect with a glass of milk!
